ProofChain LLC — Terms of Service

Last updated: September 20, 2026 · Effective: September 20, 2026

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between ProofChain LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("ProofChain," "we," "us," "our"), and the individual or entity that accesses or uses our products and services (the "Customer," "you").

These Terms govern the ProofChain products and services you use, including Sentra (defined in Section 3). Other ProofChain products may carry their own additional terms.

By creating an account, receiving an API key, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Definitions

3. Description of the Sentra Services

Sentra is a security checkpoint that a Customer's own systems call before performing consequential actions. It provides two primary functions:

Nature and limits of the Services. Sentra is a decision-support and containment tool that operates alongside a Customer's existing security controls. It is not a firewall, web application firewall (WAF), antivirus, intrusion prevention system, or a complete security solution, and it does not guarantee that any attack, breach, fraud, unauthorized action, or loss will be prevented or detected. Verdicts are advisory; the Customer remains solely responsible for how it acts on them and for its own security. See also the disclaimers in Section 11.

4. Accounts, API Keys, and security

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services, and not to permit anyone using your credentials to:

  1. Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  2. Use /run_in_seed or any part of the Services to develop, test, stage, launch, or facilitate attacks against, or unauthorized access to, any system, network, or person; to distribute malware; to mine cryptocurrency; or to process content you are not lawfully entitled to process;
  3. Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you lack the rights or consents to submit;
  4. Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, Credit limits, or access controls; probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the Services except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
  5. Overload, disrupt, or impair the Services or the infrastructure of our providers;
  6. Use the Services to build a competing product, or to benchmark for a competing product, without our written consent.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates this Section or exposes us, our providers, or others to risk or liability.

6. Fees, Credits, and billing

7. Refunds

All sales are final. Credits and other purchases are non-refundable once purchased — including Credits used in whole or in part, and expired Credits. We do not refund for change of mind, non-use, or dissatisfaction.

The only exceptions are:

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that access to the Services begins immediately and you agree to these no-refund terms. Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, by purchasing and requesting immediate access you expressly consent to the Services beginning immediately and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once the Services have been supplied.

8. Intellectual property

9. Customer Content and data protection

10. Third-party services

The Services depend on third-party infrastructure and payment providers. Your use may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and are not liable for their acts, omissions, outages, or changes.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Security-specific disclaimer. Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that Sentra will prevent, detect, contain, or mitigate any particular attack, breach, fraud, malicious action, or loss. Verdicts and containment are advisory and probabilistic aids that supplement — and do not replace — your own security program. You are solely responsible for your systems, decisions, and compliance.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

13. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify ProofChain against third-party claims and losses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use section.

14. Suspension, termination, and effect

15. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., by posting an updated date or by email). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
