What is MailFrame?

A Gmail side-panel that summarizes email threads with AI, extracts orders and invoices, and surfaces deadlines — so you act on email faster. It works inside Gmail; nothing leaves your inbox except the thread you choose to summarize.

How do I install it?

Add MailFrame from the Chrome Web Store, open Gmail, and open any email. Press S for your first summary.

How do I activate a paid plan?

After checkout you'll get a key — on the success page and by email. Click the MailFrame icon in your browser toolbar → Subscription → paste the key → you'll see "Activated" with your plan.

It's not summarizing — what do I check?

• Open a single email/thread, then press S.
• Reload the extension at chrome://extensions and refresh your Gmail tab (fixes most cases after an update).
• On Free, check you haven't hit the monthly limit (30 summaries).

What are the plans?

• Free — $0: 30 summaries/mo, add-to-calendar, 3 document/order extractions/mo.
• Pro — $12/mo: 1,000 summaries/mo, all features (daily digest, relationship cards, promise tracker, batch mode), 30 extractions/mo.
• Business — $79/mo: everything in Pro, 1,000 summaries/mo, 1,000 extractions/mo.

Is my email private?

MailFrame processes only the thread you open, on demand, to generate that summary. Your email content is never stored. We keep your subscription key and monthly usage counts — never email bodies.

What languages does it support?

It replies in the same language as the email. Prefer English? Turn on Translate to English in the popup and foreign emails are summarized in English.

How do I cancel?

Email support@mailframe.org and we'll cancel your subscription — you keep access through the end of the current period.
